Hi! I’m Comfort, I’m new here and I’ve been given a few of the audio dramas that EraScapes has created to try. I thought I’d start by telling you about my experiences of these amazing, immersive stories.
This Audio Drama is a very emotional ride. Imagine being taken away from everything you know and love, your parents, your home, your friends and expected to start afresh while surviving in a place that doesn’t feel like yours.
That’s exactly what a young boy, Elliot, has to deal with.
He is sent to a new school on a different planet, far from family and is expected to smile, fit in and play along. But he’s rather angry at the people who forced his family out, the authorities that abandoned them and at the fact he didn’t even get a choice.
Then, just when you think things couldn’t get worse, boom! He receives the news that his parents died in a horrific accident, along with many others. And suddenly, his struggles shift from finding his place to heartbreak, survival and holding onto who he is in a galaxy that doesn’t even care whether he lives or dies.
Will he ever find his way? You’ll find out.
